I doubt that this is a fake, rather a sandisk, which is distinguished by the buggy of its devices. I swore a long time ago not to take a Sandisk, but I got a flash drive from my father, who does not fumble in electronics. On an unopened flash drive there was some kind of unreadable file system with several partitions. Formatting using diskpart in windows did not work. I had to "score" with "zeros", re-create the partition table and format it using linux. Everything seemed to work out, however, when copying photos, some of these photos themselves did not open on this flash drive. I tried another flash drive - everything is fine, but with this one there are some troubles, because when copying, the speed, at a certain point, drops sharply. No matter what I do with this flash drive, no matter what file systems I use, some of the photos still could not be read / read with errors / could not be opened. In general, I highly do not recommend sandisk ate: I wrote to technical support - they asked me to send it to Hong Kong. sent a buggy one - in response they sent a working one. while it works well. apparently some part of these flash drives was defective
