This is NOT as efficient as what I got with my Fitbit which charges very quickly via a USB port on the kitchen table. I've read that this cable charger is best used with a laptop, but I didn't have my laptop with me so I used an in-wall plug. Took forever BUT it gave me the juice I desperately needed at the time. It's a longer cable which I liked but can't trust it as a main charger. Glad it arrived just in time before my Fitbit died!
