I bought this lower lip ring and it works and fits perfectly. I have no doubt that it is real gold, the product has not tarnished or changed colour. The only issue I had initially was that the flat disc that attaches to the inner lip is very thin compared to other lip studs which made the piercing a little sensitive for a few days until I got used to it. now everything is in order. This is a standard lip plug size, but if you have a thicker lip I would size up. mine fits perfectly! I am very satisfied with this product! It's hard to find good lip stud earrings that are true to size and real gold and good quality!
