Review on Caratina by Russell Ross

Caratina presents itself as the mecca for trendy women, but I was dissatisfied with my most recent buying experience there. The website sells a wide variety of apparel, footwear, and accessories, but the quality of these items is dubious at best. The garments I was given were made of poor quality fabric and were poorly sewn all over. The shoes didn't fit right and didn't appear anything like they did online. I also had trouble finding the correct size because so many things seemed to run either small or large. Due to technical difficulties, the checkout procedure was lengthy and confusing. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, my purchase didn't arrive for weeks. Representatives from customer support were not helpful and provided me with little information to solve my problems. The return process was cumbersome as well, with confusing directions and lengthy wait times. In conclusion, I would not suggest shopping at Caratina because of my negative experience there. Although the prices are reasonable, the goods are of poor quality, there are problems with sizing, shipping is slow, and customer service is unhelpful.
