It works - good value for money.

I got this for our '07 Odyssey which has antenna wires in the right rear window and an amplifier. Some time ago, radio reception dropped so much that we could no longer receive the stations we needed. I've already replaced the OEM radio/CD player with a JVC head unit and that didn't help. So I came to the conclusion that the antenna booster probably stopped working and the dealer asked $100 just to check it out. This meant that part of the dashboard had to be removed again, but that wasn't a big deal as I had already done this a number of times when installing the JVC block. The antenna connector that came with this antenna connects directly to the JVC's antenna input, so I didn't need an adapter (the antenna description says some cars need an adapter or extension, but I didn't). I found a +12VDC wire for the old antenna booster and connected the new antenna's power line to it (about 18 gauge wire, so I used the red connector). I then routed the antenna signal cable behind the dash and installed the antenna in the top right corner of the windshield. The reception has improved significantly - as good or even better than the original. So the setup isn't as clean as the factory setup (because I'm too lazy to run cables behind the skin), but it works and after two years of poor reception we're happy with the results. That is the same. the antenna Crutchfield carries around with him, by the way. If you need tech support you must buy from them as there are no instructions and support that come from a seller on Revain.
