Review on ASUS B450M PRO Motherboard Flashback Noise Canceling by Hayden Chew ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product can be used, I expected a little more.

1. There is absolutely no realtek built-in equalizer for sound! The sound is distorted and synthetic. When you put in headphones, they just added a small amount of DTS Custom (for games, it's fine, but the sound is flat overall). You can achieve a clearer sound than with this mother, whose sound in the BIOS is high definition audio, by setting the "Powerful" preset without any whistle-fake in a class lower by a gigabyte of S2H in the equalization of the sound settings. This can be fixed programmatically; we are awaiting the Realtek and BIOS updates. 2. Many brackets are not supported by RAM! What year did I enter that I am no longer able to install regular DDR4 memory into Asus Motherboards. Moreover, until the release of Pro II and Pro s, these bars do not begin with the initial "Pro" version. It is impossible to start Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 ver 5.32 sticks. The manufacturer does not want to "start" these brackets since what is the point when there is more expensive memory, coolers are spinning, and post-signals are not muddy. The Adata Gammix D10 (AX4U300038G16A-DB10), my second memory kit, which is supposed to function at 3000 MHz, also experienced problems. However, this memory only has a half span and operates steadily at 2666 MHz. Shunus is unstable, therefore the XMP (D. O. C. P) profile is inoperable. These bars operate flawlessly and with good overclocking @ 3500/3466 MHz on the same S2H! Asus, absurd! Also, we are awaiting a bios ate. There is no better choice for individuals on a tight budget who want to take exactly asus and Matx. capable of eight-core overclocking. The first "Pro" model is no longer in production, and the second Pro + is identical to the first. In contrast to the S version, the Pro + has 8 sata ports instead of 4, but otherwise has fewer connectors and no NVME SSD backplate. It should not be taken into consideration at all plus class below. The most important thing is to check the website's supported memory. You can get assistance from Asrock B450M Steel Legend and MSI B450M Mortar Max, to name a couple of other manufacturers. PS: A hearty hello is pepperchans with wildberries.

Pros
  • - Readable RAM up to 128 GB, support for higher RAM frequency, new powerful power subsystem compared to the previous firmware - Realtek 2.5 Gigabit Network Interface - New USB 3.2 and several USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard, in addition to numerous other minor features like the bios flashback button, Aura sync, NVMe SSD backplate, etc.
Cons
  • - The inclusion of 4 SATA (a trifle, but who has a lot of hard drives is unpleasant) - Speed control, even when done manually, drives fans to at least 700 rpm. - The Realtek manager's subpar software equalization and sound quality (more details in the comments). - The inability to support many RAM sticks (more details in the comments)
