Good phone system with excellent computer call blocking but some features are complex and difficult or impossible to understand or use - some things that should be obvious are not so easy to call back the number dialed , or how to call a number from the phone book without entering the whole number again - I can't understand that. And sometimes it's hard to answer - you can't just pick up the phone or press the "Answer" key, often you have to do this and then press "1", but not always, so put it down sometimes we click by mistake or can't even reply.
