I originally bought this for my mum. She wants to track her health data. However, the dial seemed too big to her. I've tried them on and they look like any good men's watch. So I wore it. I track my sleep and this watch not only measures your heart rate but also checks your blood pressure. It only has 4 dial designs. I wish there was a way to download or customize this. Sleep data doesn't seem to show up until I've been awake for a while. I like magnetic tapes a lot. I usually avoid watches because they are too hot or get tangled in my hair. This tape is not made of hot plastic and will not catch on arm hair. All in all, this is a nice and comfortable watch.
