If you shoot with a Canon DSLR, this is a MUST! I've been shooting with DSLR for many years. In fact, I started out with the Canon T2i and was nominated for a Stellar Award for Vickie Winans' "Release It" music video shot on the T2i. Back then, digital SLR cameras were very new and there weren't many accessories for them. Things have changed since then, and products like these are helping DSLR manufacturers get the job done at a much lower cost. I don't shoot much with DSLRs these days, although I still own a few DSLRs for that reason. I bought a couple of these for use with external USB batteries. Because you can connect your camera to a USB port in this way, the cost of the external batteries used is VERY cheap and you can get much more recording time from USB batteries than standard camera batteries.
