Arrived exactly as promised. The smell isn't strong (there is a little, but I'm quite sensitive to smells and it suited me). Faux leather is a beautiful color with a slight opalescence and can be cut with scissors or a disc trimmer. it also cuts BEAUTIFUL on the Cricut Maker! (When looking at faux leather tutorials online, there were warnings about avoiding complicated cuts. This went well with the circles and ovals he was supposed to make. I wish the sheets were a bit larger (longer at his narrow size, approx inches ).would be SO useful for my project.) I will definitely buy again if/when I need more. A regular carpet that was fairly new didn't need a special blade to cut it (fancy vinyl side down on the sticky part of the carpet, wrong side up From what I've read it cuts beautifully with Explore too.). They used an HTV glitter and ironed it (20 seconds on cotton setting, with a teflon sheet over it, almost no pressure, remove heat, gently remove transfer paper, then heat again 20 seconds). The project turned out great! This product could be a great decoration for HTV iron-on books. FYI: Cricut pens don't actually appear. Sharpies will be, but not nearly as sharp as HTV. I used Cricut HTV and Oracal Glitter for this faux leather. I was happy with both, although my husband suggested I seal that somehow.
