UPDATE 01/19/2019 Photo 4. Revain was kind enough to replace the hats, thinking I got the wrong item and that it would help. Well, they sent me the hats again in the same size. The old hats from the original order (photos 1-3) have been returned and today I received a 'new' order; they are the same size. The description provided by the seller to Revain incorrectly describes the hat. THIS IS NOT DEEP. This is a regular size knit hat and NOTHING of a slouch hat. This is the second set of hats I've bought from this Redess brand because I loved the first set I bought. The first set (the gray hat in the picture) had fur on the inside and was actually casual as advertised. I bought a second set (oatmeal and khaki) which I received today and the hats are cute but NOT SOFT at all. You're almost stuck. Definitely not enough room to hang down a bit to give you a scruffy look. NOTHING AT ALL. I am very disappointed in this. The first picture compares the first set I bought with the gray beanie and this khaki bias knit beanie. Obvious size difference. The second photo is the purchase I am complaining about; they look small. I have a medium sized head with long hair that is slicked down. It's false advertising to call something "shabby" when you don't meet the identity standard for it. I am requesting services from Revain on this matter. Will most likely return.
