GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am blown away by the customer support. I felt heard when I pointed out something that didn't mean much but was still important to me. Nice to know people are still listening! And now for the markers! I love her! It took me a while to order these due to the price but they are worth every penny. They fit my hand well and the Lego style grip block is actually very easy to manipulate, I really like how they feel when held. I also like that I can write with them in different ways. They are a good starting pen for me to learn to write by hand. The colors are amazing! I have 20 pieces - I like all the colors. They are bright and bold. As you practice with them, you will learn how to perform them in different ways. I am pleased!
