This air conditioner is great for my bedroom. I like it when it's super cool and I don't want the whole house to be cold so this portable air conditioner is my solution. It's basically plug and play. I had to get a barrier for my sliding door, the window barrier wasn't long enough for my sliding door. The air conditioning works quickly, efficiently and silently. The board works fine. It has a fan mode, a cooling mode and a dehumidification mode. *I thought it had heat but the fan icon confused my husband and it has no heat. * The temperature is displayed on the front of the air conditioner and above. It's so nice to lie in bed and turn it on with the remote control. It's fairly compact, with wheels and handles on the sides. He weighs about 60 pounds. It has a drain hose for any condensate. There is a reusable air filter on the back that is easy to remove and clean.
