They are much more comfortable than traditional in-ear headphones. I really forget I'm wearing them. They also allow you to hear better outside of the ear where the receiver is placed. You don't get full volume attenuation like you get with standard headphones. However, you almost hear better because they direct the transmission directly into the ear canal. I am very happy with this purchase and do a great job in the bar/nightclub/entertainment industry that I work in. Each earbud is marked with the size and ear it fits.
