As a rule, I don't spend more than 30-40 dollars on shoes because I throw them away quickly. These shoes are comfortable, breathable, I can wear them all day and they don't make my sciatica problems worse like others. They are easy to clean. Soles do not fall apart like other foam soled shoes. The protector won't catch objects you might step on and can be easily washed off with a hose or tap. In general, my new choice for everyday use.
