I'm 5'4, 130 lbs, waist 26-27" and hips 39". i have wednesday These shorts are amazing! They are breathable and so comfortable! They also have a decent stretch. These shorts were so comfortable that I didn't take them off for hours trying them on! There aren't two layers here, there is one layer of the grid that I wasn't aware of, but that doesn't bother at all. I usually wear small pants but I was planning on wearing them for training so I wanted them to be a bit looser so I could have more freedom of movement. Although they stretch a little, they are leggings or very stretchy. So if you're planning a serious leg day and are in between sizes I'd say go up a size. They are amazing, I want them in every color. The breathability makes them perfect for running errands even in the summer heat!
