Review on 🍹 Airtight Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker and Tea Infuser by Bassani: Brocca - 1.0L/32oz Glass Carafe with Spout and Stainless Steel Removable Filter by Brooke Black

UPDATE: It has been almost a month since I first contacted this seller about the delivery of two coffee makers that were not described or pictured and during that time I contacted the seller and Revane about a dozen times by phone, messages, chat etc. No one replied. Now I need to file a chargeback with the credit card company and report the scam to USPS. Revain still does not screen its sellers. I'm tired of paying for their greed and bad business practices. What's good: Looks good, the filter basket is sturdy, they (I ordered 2) were well packaged and there was no visible damage to the shipping box or items. And although you can't see it in the photos, the handle is wide and easy to hold and use. Cons: Since air is coffee's enemy, I was specifically looking for something airtight. And while the seller, Bassani Home, says their Brocca cold brew machine is "sealed" in the ad title, description, photos, and even my receipt (see photos), it's far from sealed. Not only does the lid's silicone gasket not fill the opening of the carafe (with or without a filter), it also doesn't extend past the tiny, somewhat useless spout. So the air just flows in. (See video.) I even tried removing the liner from the basket and adding it to the lid gasket, but it still wasn't enough to keep the air out. It's the same for both units and unfortunately I didn't realize it until I unpacked and washed them then made tea in one and started a cold drink in the other so I'm guessing they are now non-refundable. So be careful. Brocca by Bassani Home is nowhere near airtight, although they often use that word in their description.
