I have been wearing Aquis hair turbans for at least 15 years and have always loved them. They need to be replaced every few years because after a while microfiber loses its ability to absorb moisture. They're not cheap either, but I'm cheap. As a general rule I never buy fake ones because they are just a waste of money as they are never the same and don't work that well. Usually it's just a towel. As this is actually made by Aquis under their associated brand I was hoping it would be the same. And I was wrong. It's not the same stuff as the original Aquis and doesn't work as well. I'm disappointed. I will keep it as a backup when my original is in the wash but next time I will try to get a new authentic Aquis.
