I installed the cameras in what I felt were the most important locations for home security without drilling the walls to test the system with cables temporarily routed under the eaves. My three-year-old grandson loved having the cameras turn on in sequence while we worked. Daylight vision was very clear and concise in the factory settings. Only two of the eight camera angles needed a little tweaking to get it right, which was very easy with the rotation and tilt screws and stop sleeve mechanisms. I have a very broad professional technical background, but this system is very easy for anyone with basic knowledge and a keen eye to pre-set and install each camera angle. In fact, I preset my cameras while sitting on the couch watching a soccer game. Night vision is ok but I was on a budget otherwise I would have paid more for more powerful night vision cameras. which I will do when we expand our system and simply switch the most important places to more powerful cameras. I love the stylish design and size of these cameras. People were visiting our house and didn't even notice until they saw the monitor inside! For the price I am very happy with this ANNKE system and the fast shipping via USPS. Solar LED motion sensors used in conjunction with vulnerabilities is another thing I will add to let malicious people know they are being watched.
