It's easy to use and the readings seem accurate as I compared the temperature to our other thermometer and they matched almost perfectly (within 0.1 degrees). The buttons/settings are very easy to use and I love that it looks simple, there aren't too many buttons or different modes to confuse you. Depending on the temperature range, it lights up green, red or yellow. I like that it's less sensitive. This makes it easy to check an infant's/baby's temperature when they are sleeping or to use it for multiple people without having to constantly sanitize the parts. Just make sure you keep the right distance from your forehead or the reading will be wrong (I made that mistake first). Definitely useful in your first aid kit!
