Great product for automating troubleshooting tasks

The ease with which I was able to create my own rules as well as configure alerts through this product has been very helpful! There are some features that could be more intuitively organized but overall it's easy enough to use without getting bogged down by all these bells & whistles you see elsewhere out there today - just keep things simple if possible so users can focus their time where its needed most! Alerting when server load spikes or emails go missing would make our jobs easier than they already were before using Sentinal Agent! We also have used them extensively over at work during deployments/upgrades etc., ensuring we're aware right away about issues occurring within clients' environments while minimizing downtime due to human error.

They've saved us countless hours upon upgrades because now everyone knows exactly what needs doing next instead of guessing amongst themselves who should do each task. And best yet? No one.
