Review on Mission Belt Mens Ratchet Leather Men's Accessories ... Belts by Justin Kedzior

Update. My husband contacted Mission Belt Co. and they quickly sent a free replacement buckle. But the leather on the first belt he bought just over three years ago has started to tear and now needs to be replaced. So it lasted about three years and wore it a few times a week which I don't think is very good for the price. He really likes the belts, just wish they were more durable. My first review is below but we received this belt about 9 months ago and it is already broken. The buckle fell apart and he only wears it twice a week. He contacted Mission Belt Co. and I will let you know when we see their response. Although my husband just received this belt, I am rating it five stars for two reasons. First of all he already has a missionary belt which he got 2 1/2 years ago and it's still great. It's black, but he wanted brown. These belts are quite expensive, but they are worth it if they are still made the same. My husband has tried so many cheaper belts that it actually cost more than buying one. First, with a sliding strap, you don't pull the strap tight enough to fit the hole, which causes wear and gouges in the leather. Second, many of the cheaper belts are not very good quality leather or may have a coating that is peeling off. Plus, he loves the fact that you get the perfect fit every time since you're not limited to a specific length based on holes. The second reason I give it five stars is that it looks very nice. I was concerned about buying a bronze buckle because the computer can't tell exactly what color it is. I hate the look of cheap gold. This belt buckle has a beautiful muted color. Brown is a good dark chocolate. I hope it holds up as well as the old one, which is basically as good as new. Oh, and you can adjust the strap as needed if it's too long. Very easy to do.
