My cat was on the edge of medium to large suits (11lbs) according to the size chart and I ordered. It was too big for him and I think the surroundings would have been better. I don't see a large size for your average 11 lb cat. I didn't have time to swap it out for another (we had to get it out of the cone) so I had to sew the neck hole to make it smaller. I also pinned some of the excess fabric – the suit quickly stretched from wear. Despite the loose fit, he had no trouble using the tray and the suit stayed clean and dry! The product is well made for its price range. It lasted a week when we used it.
