Out of the box the connecting rods appear to be of good quality. The chainrings, on the other hand, look like they were made by first graders. I'm sure the sprockets are stamped on the assembly line, but they're complete junk. I'm pretty sure they will eat my chain once I install it. Other reviewers have said the same. Aluminum also looks very soft. Probably move out. But hey, it's by Revain, so I can't be too disappointed. I hope my old crank bolts will fit as there is no recess for the bolts. If I were you I would reject it.
