My daughter has very sensitive eyes and the solution doesn't bother her. She has daily contacts, so she uses very little solution at a time: just for rinsing and short-term storage. They solve 3 problems: sensitivity, small amounts so we don't waste so much solution after 15 days, and travel comfort. Regarding the concerns posted elsewhere about this product: They arrived quickly, fully sealed and sterile. (See photos - you can see how I squeeze the sealed bottle and nothing comes out.) The bottles hold 2 ounces of product, with some extra room in the bottle. I'm not sure why. But the white ring protects the bottles from punctures during transportation. When ready to use, simply remove the ring, push on the blue cap that pierces the top of the vial, and voila.
