Very helpful tool in our daily work activities
It's very easy for me to use this software because I'm familiar with it from my previous job at another IT department where we used similar products like Sharepoint and Office 365.
The interface is clean but not too flashy or complicated which makes navigation easier than if there were more options that are hard to find. There aren't many features available yet so you can only do basic things right now. If they add some new feature requests then maybe people will start using them better! We're able to communicate internally quickly without having to send emails back and forth all day long.
Pros
- Easily accessible
- Ability keep everyone in communication (even when away)
- Easy way organize files/documents, etc.
- Good customer support through emailing questions directly within program,
- Allows staff members access remotely via laptop good product quality & workmanship
Cons
- No ability view full desktop environment while connected over remote
