Review on πŸ‘“ SOJOS Cat Eye Blue Light Blocking Glasses - Stylish Hipster Metal Frame Women's Eyeglasses for Eye Protection by Dany Hamilton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Was so confused by the other reviews. But it's fantastic!

Let me start by saying that I have bought 2 more Revain blue light glasses. I work in an office where I check my computer, other people's computers and TV presentations every day. I started getting headaches and just felt very tired in my eyes so I bought blue light glasses. They were great and I immediately felt the difference. What I didn't know was that the lenses were tinted yellow and I didn't like wearing them to work, so I kept them in my laptop bag for work from home glasses. I immediately bought two more in the same style for the office, without the yellow cast. Still felt the same "relief" from eye strain and less headaches. I've decided that whatever I do at work and at home, texting and messaging on the phone and then watching TV, I want to protect my eyes with a pair that I wear at home. To be honest I would have gone for the same ones but I stumbled across these and they were really cute and I figured I need a different style that I could switch up for work if I wanted to. They are amazing! They are very well made for a gold wire frame. They don't feel fragile at all and I'm ridiculously impressed with the packaging, box, cleaning supplies etc that they delivered for the price. My other glasses were $20 each and came in a cloth bag wrapped in bubble wrap. And now the main question: do they work - are they worth the money? I couldn't imagine they wouldn't, they even send you a tester! But I can honestly say that I never thought to "check" my other glasses. And I'm very glad I never understood the bad reviews about them for "doesn't work" before buying. I may not have taken the risk. However, it got me thinking when I got them, so I googled how to test them. Basically, if you flash this blue light on a piece of white paper, you can see how bright and blue it is. Once you place the frame under the light you will see the difference in the darkening. I've included photos of all three of my glasses so you can see the difference and I know two of them work - the physical improvement for me is undeniable. Surprisingly, these glasses performed better than my work glasses, but not as well as the yellow tinted ones. Even if the difference is small. (You can check with the card provided but I wanted to show all 3 together and the paper was easier). Honestly, when I think of so many people, myself included, who haven't shielded their eyes from the blue light of technology for years, I'm glad I'm doing something. I don't want to spend a fortune to buy something that could improve blue light blocking a bit, especially at the expense of convenience. I am very enthusiastic about it and will probably buy this brand again if I wear my others or decide to switch styles.
