My dog had this collar and I took it for a walk in the car. I don't know what caused the collar to come off (she didn't bark or make a sound), her head stuck out the window, and suddenly she flew out, flew forward from the back seat and screamed in pain; This collar shocked her constantly, I almost fell trying to pull over to the curb! I was finally able to grab her and take off her collar. Now I'm afraid to pin it on her again.
