A lot more reliable than other backup solutions (even those that are supposedly "SaaSS"). We now have an IT department at our disposal as well which is fantastic! It can be hard to find good employees who know how this product works so hiring one might take some time but I'm confident they will turn out ok once you get them used too :) The price point isn't bad either if your organization has enough budget for such things like backups/DR etc.. Highly recommend taking advantage! Backups were never part or worry about before using commarcs products!! I like that they have a solid product that can be customized to fit your needs. The customer service is top notch! There are not many companies out there who take care of their customers as well as Commarc does. We would highly recommend this vendor for any type of backup solution you may need. They will customize what works best for YOU! Our main benefit is our ability to get backups offsite without having to worry about losing them locally (which has happened).
