I ordered this suit in April 2018. My boy was 5.5 and wore a husky 6. I chose a size 7. I hemmed the sleeves of the pants and jacket a bit. After wearing it to our special occasion, he also wore it to school and church several times. He needed a tuxedo again this year for a special occasion so I looked online for a new one and actually ordered a suit (I'll be back) that wasn't nearly as good as this one. I decided to just remove the lining from a suit I bought last year and it fit him perfectly! Holds up very well and washes well. I would definitely buy this suit again. It was worth the money.
