Oh my god. My son eats lunch at school most of the time, so he rarely uses his lunch box. The latter has worked well for the last three years (despite washing it at least three times a month) and after it started showing some minor scratches on the corners we decided to buy a new one. So we chose this one and oh my god. He's used it 4 times and last night I noticed the corners were a little torn and the blue cover was torn off. WOW! I logged into my account but saw that my refund was due on November 7th. Shame as I feel it was a huge waste of money. The product is cheaply made and I'm shocked it didn't last even one season. We've gone back to our old lunch box, which after three years of use still looks better than this one after only four uses. So disappointed.
