I love these undershirts and I wear them every single day! I started looking into cooling undershirts because I work in a hot, laborious environment and was starting to experience rashes and blisters from the sweat and heat. On top of that, I've lost a few pounds so I am a little flabbier in the torso. These shirts have kept me much cooler this summer and knocked down the skin problems quite a bit! They also keep your torso compressed - no bouncy man-boobs!Not only do I use these for work, but I will also use them for working out, training martial arts, and as an undershirt for more formal wear.Just a great all-around shirt that is superbly comfortable, shapes the torso a little bit, and (for me) accurate to size.
