Definitely not "slim fit", at 5'11" and 155 lbs almost two fit in this so-called "medium" shirt. Cuffs, the tube of the sleeve is at the end simply hemmed so nothing prevents you from rolling up your sleeves and allowing cold air to get straight into your arm.Generally speaking, if you have a barrel-shaped torso and short arms, this shirt is for you.
