What I liked most about this product is that they were wide enough! Due to the high arch and instep, as well as the very wide foot (think flintstones) it is very difficult to find a pair of shoes. Nine out of ten pairs of shoes are not wide enough for my foot, even if they are wide, I was happy about that. They are light and very comfortable. I was able to easily remove the insole and put in my custom insole which I needed for arch support. However, if you want good arch support, I think you need to either buy another insole with more arch support or use your own insole.
