Worst headset I've used in years. Replaces Jabra Pro 920

This device replaced the Jabra Pro 920. It is configured with YeaLink T48S and EHS36. Almost every aspect of this headset pales in comparison. It's heavier, the sound quality is below average, the connection with the EHS36 is very poor. It doesn't ring when the phone rings, it takes a few keystrokes to answer and hang up. The PC connection is smoother but not BETTER than the old device we had. It should also be noted that if something happens on the PC, the sound will be stolen from the desk phone, resulting in you having to switch the sound BACK to the phone via the base station. The battery life sucks too. The old Jabra worked all day with no problems. This guy needs to charge about 2/3 of a day. Others told me they couldn't hear me. We have configured each configuration item after consulting the manual and online manuals. Tried to work with their support, totally useless. I wouldn't recommend using them in a business situation where the goal is to pair a desk phone and a PC. If you can solve the above problems, using it might only work for a PC headset, but there are much cheaper options. there. All in all a big disappointment.
