If it worked 100% I would give it 6 stars

Gives 5 stars though. Pros: absolutely almost everything in this headset. sound quality. User friendliness. 99.9% uptime. 90% battery life. When it works, it really works. Cons: Battery life shorter than expected. Sometimes I sit in the headset almost non-stop in the morning and don't have enough battery power for the whole day. Luckily, it only takes about an hour to charge before I have enough juice for the rest of the day. It's just that some days you don't have that hour and have to use…

Worst headset I've used in years. Replaces Jabra Pro 920

This device replaced the Jabra Pro 920. It is configured with YeaLink T48S and EHS36. Almost every aspect of this headset pales in comparison. It's heavier, the sound quality is below average, the connection with the EHS36 is very poor. It doesn't ring when the phone rings, it takes a few keystrokes to answer and hang up. The PC connection is smoother but not BETTER than the old device we had. It should also be noted that if something happens on the PC, the sound will be stolen from the desk…

When using the Sennheiser Officerunner headset, I knew two things I could rely on: 1. Great sound and 2. Reliability. He wasn't just overwhelmed in those two categories. I've been using it for over 6 years a Plantronics Savi headset, which can be used with my cell phone, desk phone and computer for Zoom/Skype/Teams/Webex meetings. Excellent DECT headset, poor implementation of Bluetooth and over-ear headphones

This is a great headset with range and sound quality. There are a few setbacks that may be a handicap for some. Pros: 1. More range than you'll ever need. They work their way through walls, floors and anything else the average person might encounter.
