When using the Sennheiser Officerunner headset, I knew two things I could rely on: 1. Great sound and 2. Reliability. He wasn't just overwhelmed in those two categories. But the build quality of this thing is leaps and bounds above what I was expecting. The Officerunner headset I had was great quality, don't get me wrong, but this one. . . Screaming professionalism. A few things I didn't notice when ordering is that the buttons on the front are actually touch sensitive. There's no physical pressing, which is a huge improvement over the buttons on my Officerunner. The base and buttons are very well put together and button pressing on this thing is just satisfying. The next time a call comes in, it actually alerts me with a soft tone "You have an incoming call" which I poorly accept or decline. It's also handy because when I press the mute button on the base, it tells me "Mute". Now the clerk never notified me when I got a call but when I hit the physical mute button he told me "Mute" but it sounded very robotic and a bit loud. This is a much smoother and more natural voice. I know people don't really care, but for me it was a leap in quality and I really like it. Things to note about this headset. 1. The quality is even better than I ever imagined.2. Installation took 15 minutes from unboxing to PC setup using the Sennheiser Headsetup Pro.3 app. Touch buttons on the base make it quick and easy to switch devices and mute the mic.4. Fast charging!5. Setting up Bluetooth on a cell phone is very simple. At the time of writing this article there were only 4 reviews (including mine) but don't let that stop you. IF you're looking for the ultimate office headset, look no further. It has everything you need and the build quality of this headset is phenomenal.
