2/17 Just received this leash, bought to use for feedback training and to allow dogs to roam free but still be secure on the leash. Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but the quality seems good so far. - The handle has a good foam coating - The rope feels quite strong, more elastic, I prefer a stiffer line, but it feels solid. Just don't let him chew on the leash. The metal clip seems to be training, I haven't had a chance to put it on the dog yet but I've tugged and tugged at it vigorously a few times and it hasn't budged. Just keep an eye on your clips at all times as they will wear out over time although I think they will last a long time. I've seen several reviews that say they come with a clicker and they do! I already have one, but it's nice to have another one on hand. What I didn't expect is that it comes with a large drawstring pouch! And it's WATERPROOF! Perfect for storing a leash to take home in the car after getting caught in mud or slush. Or just general storage for carrying dirty dog toys etc. I'll leave an updated review after trying it for about a week.
