Cheap cheap cheap. I got this as part of my daughter's (Velma from Scooby-Doo) Halloween costume and am still wearing it afterwards as a cute fall outfit. It's so cheap we barely survived Halloween! The straps don't close at all and don't close at the back. I tried tying them in a bow but they didn't hold up, it looked silly and wasn't secure. So I used safety pins, which I didn't have to. At $5 I wouldn't worry. But I paid about $15 for it and expected a lot more. Wouldn't recommend it.
