I ordered an Azpen D100 and received an Azpen D108 which is a slightly more expensive model with a 10w charger instead of a 5w charger. I ordered the D100 because reviews showed it to be a more forgiving phone case than the D108. However, the D108 has no problem with my Otterbox case. Pairing was easy and the sound quality is better than the dock I've used before and way better than the phone's own speakers. I have two complaints. The device control buttons (pause/play, skip, volume control) aren't actually buttons, they're simply touch points on the body of the device. Adjusting the volume with them is very difficult because one touch changes the volume by a very small amount and this doesn't allow you to press very quickly. It's usually easier to pick up the phone and use the phone controls to adjust the volume. Pairing was easy, but the bluetooth connection failed: This morning when I put it back in, my phone was charging normally, but the bluetooth connection was not working. don't kick until I turn the dock off and then on again. (Yes, the dock has a fixed on/off switch on the back.) As soon as I did that, it connected immediately. In short, it works adequately; but could use some serious improvements. I'll probably buy something else next time.
