I love and hate Skechers shoes - they're almost too soft and spongy, like Crocs. You feel like you're walking on a marshmallow. Also, some Skechers look like grandpa shoes. There's a part of the hate. What I like is that they are very light (by far the lightest shoes I own) and I like the thicker and more durable canvas that Skechers uses in their shoes. These shoes are no different. I bought them on sale at an insanely good price - too good to pass up. I also liked their darker color - it's more of a deeper, dark brown than the taupe of many other Skechers. The sole isn't as long as my Status 2.0 (which isn't a bad thing - less porosity. The laces aren't real or just a trinket as they're elastic and don't bind. Easy on and off, although a note - if you have 1 or 2 pairs of shoes and it's what you wear they won't last as long - the sole wears out as you walk I have a lot of shoes so these will last longer as I won't be wearing them that much - that's something to think about. Overall for the super cheap price Revain sold them for, I'm really happy with them.
