Honestly I can't even try this pillow to rate the comfort, support etc. It smells so awful! Too bad I didn't pay attention to the 1 star reviews before buying. Holy cow. This pillow smells like vomit. Vomiting with toxic, toxic chemicals. I wanted to wash the outer cover but I really don't understand how the pillow itself is supposed to release enough gas to make me feel comfortable when I approach it with my face. The first two times I felt it, I got a headache within a minute. The third time, the smell of vomit hit my nostrils so badly that I almost threw up. I'm disappointed because I was very excited to try this but I just don't feel safe or sane being exposed to something that smells like this. Without exaggeration, this is really disgusting! I have Tempur-Pedic pillows, some less expensive foam pillows, and a foam mattress topper, and none of them had a bad smell, let alone one that makes the brain scream, "Go away! Poisonous! Poisonous! I'd like to try it too, but I just can't. Everything inside me is screaming "No!" I just want this thing out of my house as soon as possible. Sad story but true.
