This is a good pillow but don't think the cooling performance will be amazing. The pillowcase is *cold* to the touch and when you take it out of the box you'll notice it right away. The pillowcase cooling fabric is only on one side, so you don't want to flip this pillow. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to feel this fabric through a pillowcase.
