Review on Dyson 36 Flexi Crevice Tool by Mike Nix

Very disappointed with this product. I bought it for room cleaning in my car, the regular nozzle doesn't fit. It seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately, the head at the working end of the tool is so large that it doesn't lend itself to extra locations where standard tools won't fit. To make this tool useful I had to cut the widest part of the head off the rest along with the brush so the suction end actually fit the sides of my seats where I needed to clean. With this modification, the tool for car cleaning is moderately usable. The remaining problem is that the latch holding the flex piece when extended is not secure enough and the rubber flex piece is pushed into the body of the tool quite easily. Very disappointing Dyson product. I've bought 5 different Dyson vacuums and I love each one. This is the first poorly designed and poorly performing product I have purchased under the Dyson brand. It's a shame to have such a bad product from them. Definitely not what I expected from a Dyson.
