Since 2022, I've been using headphones (purchased with money earned by buying a dishwasher). For such little false ears, the bass is good, and the averages are also level. High is also acceptable if not in comparison to other healthy ears. Active use causes foam ear cushions to degrade quickly. I initially purchased the cheapest Chinese ears and removed the ear pads from them, after which I obtained a batch of 5 pairs from China for a penny each. I consequently bought and put in leather ear pads. Self-adhesive clamping foam rubber was also ordered from China. While the wire to the left ear remained flexible, the wire to the right ear stiffened and hardened. The headphones may be lying in direct sunlight somewhere. Another option is to change the cable.
