I'm only giving it twice because the colors are exactly as shown. . I hoped he would give in, but that didn't happen. The material is very rough and uncomfortable to lie on in clothes or in shorts and a t-shirt. As for the pattern, I mistakenly thought that the pattern would look like solid strokes of each color. I have a very old set of leaves that really do look like watercolor strokes all over the set of leaves. From a distance, this duvet cover looks the same, but if you're closer than 10 feet from it, it's clearly a bad print. This is similar to what happens when you don't have enough ink in your printer. I have attached photos so you can see for yourself. I was in dire need of a duvet cover for visiting guests so I couldn't return it afterwards. The guest bed is now in my office and I have to see the duvet every day. It annoys me enough that I buy an alternative.
