This time I decided to trust all the honest and real reviews on different websites. Wow, it was worth it! Super clean - as good as my expensive $250 SoniCare. I've tried many expensive $10-$20 hand brushes and this is the cleanest, best quality I've found. I had to stop using SoniCare because it was causing my veneers to separate from my composite fillings and wear out. So I went back to the hand brush on the advice of my dentist and I'm very glad I found it! Clean mouth, no plaque like SoniCare but no vibrations so I had to change the veneer and soon the filling too :( Take these! A+++
