The design has changed and now has a white stripe down the middle. Unfortunately, no matter what changes they make, they seem to become obsolete faster than the previous style. Also, it's cheaper and more affordable than the latter, so I can't complain too much. EDIT: I've been using a replacement screen for a while and thought there was something wrong with it so I opened up a brand new one. . It works just as badly as the last one. Before they changed the interchangeable foil style, I never pulled or grabbed my facial hair. Now it seems like every time I shave I have one or two EXTREMELY frustrating moments where he grabs my hair instead of shaving it off. I have no idea what happened to their quality, but these new screens (with the white center row instead of the black center row in the photo) rendered my razor almost useless. It takes three times as long to shave, he doesn't shave as closely as he used to, and occasionally pulls out hairs. Well done Brown, you made a great product.
