VERY CHEAP PRODUCT! The instructions are a joke and after watching a video online I finally installed it. BUT the screws don't fit and when I cut the back with a "loom" as they say it cracked. So I finally put it on there but my cats can't pull through. The door is too heavy and slams with its tail! In the end everything was pulled out and thrown away! Luckily the door I cut a hole in is an interior door and doesn't open outwards what a cost that would be! I made a temporary curtain to cover the opening and my kitties can get in and out with no problem. my basement to her pot now.
