This is a quality razor that has exceeded all my expectations. I wanted to shave a bit before reviewing as I was having trouble aligning the blades. When I first loaded the razor, I carefully assembled it, slowly screwing the parts together, trying to align them the way I did. A little discouraged, I took it apart and reassembled it, "putting it back together" and the result was perfection. I found the razor has a curved blade making it difficult to mix up. I still use my original blade though. I removed, rotated and replaced and found the alignment perfect, no tangling! .although you must be careful, but I have no complaints. I compared it to Merkur Barbershop and I prefer my samurai! I have a few razors but I found the samurai uses a lot!
